Reports To: General Manager

 

Overview

Responsible for daily restaurant operations and actively ensuring a superior guest experience through excellent service. Supports the General Manager and entire team by organizing, planning and directing activities in all aspects of dining room service and front of house.

 

About You

  • One or more years of restaurant experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to drive business through providing an elevated customer experience
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and listening skills

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

Operations

  • Collaborate with the General Manager in analyzing and recommending methods for improvements to contain/reduce costs and increase sales
  • Enforces company standards, policies, and procedures, including sanitation, safety, dress codes, and cash handling
  • Upholds all company Policy and Procedure

People & Development

  • Encourages a positive work environment.  Assists the General Manager in hiring, training, developing and evaluating employees
  • Lead service education through daily line-ups, new service staff training programs, employee discussion and evaluations and daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
  • Oversees training service staff to ensure the development of their customer service skills

Guest Experience

  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback; effectively responds to and handles guest issues and complaints
  • Acts as a brand ambassador by leading and developing community relations

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $24.00)
