Balistreri Vineyards Restaurant and Event Line Cooks

Balistreri Vineyard is a family owned and operated winery in 10 minutes north of Downtown Denver with a tasting room and event hall that is hiring line cooks to start immediately for the reopening of lunch May 14th and to work weekly events at night.


For our Tasting Room Restaurant Team:


We require 2 years of line cook experience at an upscale restaurant cooking seasonal food, willingness to learn, punctuality, great attitude, and able to adapt to a constantly changing menu. 


Skill level to work any station and pastry experience a huge plus. 

Hours will be full time, 9-5 with occasional night-time work, 5 days a week with tip share. 


This is a small, dedicated team, chef driven, with room for growth in a fun atmosphere. 

This is NOT a sandwich and fries type lunch place, we will be cooking a seasonal, creative, high standards menu to compliment daily wine tastings for our guests.



For our Events team


We require experience executing on-site banquet style and plated events, flexible schedule, cooking various types of cuisines, being team orientated and organized.

This is a small team that has been together for several years, looking for the right fit to compliment a tight knit group able to execute banquets ranging from twenty to several hundreds of people (contingent on covid restrictions of course). 


Hours will be mostly afternoon/evening, 12:00pm-8:00pm with some days based on need for that week, full time hours with tip share. 






Pay starts at $17 an hour + tips, with staff meal served daily
