Qualified candidates will have:

  • 4+ years of restaurant management experience that shows progression into a more recent General Manager position
  • Ability to maintain and train steps of services through the restaurants hourly team while adding informative training opportunities when applicable
  • Experience building training processes and mentoring a diverse team of hourly & salaried staff
  • Strong computer and accounting knowledge including: Word, Excel, scheduling software, Open Table/Resi, Onboarding, Payroll & HR systems
  • Ability to maintain relationship with BOH and FOH teams by supporting the efforts of the EC
  • Experience scheduling, managing costs of staff, and leading hiring initiatives
  • Above all us, the ability to think clearly in the best interests of the restaurant and staff

Compensation Details
