Established Restaurant is seeking high energy, hard working, self motivated, dedicated individual who is looking for long term growth and advancement. To be successful in this role, you'll need management skills and experience in front house operations and an understanding of back of the house operations. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity.
We'll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will help ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
Must be an Experienced Restaurant Manager Must have Strong Leadership skills and able to Lead by example Must be Reliable, Organized and Flexible, have a bartending & serving background Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Manage FOH staff, train and develop, give ongoing feedback, staff scheduling, ordering, troubleshooting, conflict resolution * Coordination of private parties and special events, control cost of goods sold & labor. * Help organize and implement marketing promotions to increase restaurant sales * Opening and Closing restaurant according to schedule.
