Chef Anthony Chittum is seeking an experienced Busser for our Dupont Circle restaurant. Iron Gate features an ever-changing menu with Greek and Italian influences. Everything is made from scratch using only the best ingredients and features wood and charcoal cooking. Animals are butchered whole in house, seafood is sustainably sourced and there is a strong focus on supporting small local farms.
Iron Gate is dedicated to the safety and well being of our staff as well as our guests so we have conservatively limited our availability to patio dining. We are looking for equally dedicated individuals with a passion for food, beverage and hospitality.
