Our award-winning modern boutique steakhouse is now hiring our newest Sous Chef

Qualified candidates will have:
  • 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in a reputable restaurant;
  • Prior experience training and mentoring an hourly line cook team;
  • Excellent meat/fish butchery skills and know all properties of making stocks & sauces;
  • A commitment to quality, excellence, and team success
  • The ability to lead by example and the desire to participate in service, assisting stations as needed;
  • A desire to build and develop a LONG-TERM career with an established, growing organization with abundant advancement opportunities!
