The Assistant General Manager helps the master of ceremonies, lead the way in culture, Company values, while delivering entertainment unmatched in the market. This position is the ringleader of the management and hourly team members who is comfortable taking responsibility to get things done. This individual embraces our standards, systems, welcomes change within a growing Company, and leads by example every shift. The Assistant General Manager understands business growth and development of the team with improvement plans and continued training.

  • Be available and attentive to team members and guests.


  • Proactively communicate staffing needs, ensure proper hiring while balancing labor control.
  • Responsible for the overall bar operation including ordering product, updating product, department meetings, monthly inventory, and maintaining cost control.
  • Improve operations through attention to detail by adhering to Company standards, policies, and programs.
  • Required to pass with a 90% in food, beverage, and other issued Company testing.
  • Self-motivated by being self-accountable with high personal standards.
  • Oversee other manager’s area of responsibility and maintain deadlines.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by following health and safety laws.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks.

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

  • Must pass a background check prior to being hired.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ Assistant General Manager experience operating a venue generating over 5 million dollars a year or more.
  • Required food, alcohol, and allergen certification maintained throughout employment. Additional state qualifications may apply per location.
  • Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary.
  • Authorized to legally work in the U

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $85,000.00)
