After a long closure, Benu is planning to reopen in May. We are looking for highly motivated and committed individuals to be a part of our kitchen team. With three Michelin stars, Benu is an outstanding restaurant to work, progress, and learn in. This is a great career opportunity for those seeking advancement in fine dining. To start, we plan to open four days a week (Wednesday through Saturday) and eventually return to five days in the future.
