Marking Chef Shaun Hergatt's highly-anticipated return to the NYC restaurant scene, Vestry is a dinner and weekend lunch destination inspired by the modern wave of New American cooking. Marrying raw and refined ingredients, the restaurant will offer an inventive menu of seasonally-driven dishes infused with global techniques and ingredients, with an emphasis on seafood and vegetable dishes.
