Sweet Shot Cookies is a small baking manufacture located in West Town. We produce cookies, banana bread and more. We are looking for a hard worker with a passion for baking, excellent time-management skills, patience, dedication, and a desire to work and learn. Candidates must be able to safely lift 25-50lbs. ServSafe certification is required. This is a labor intensive job with repetitive tasks.

Bakery Production:

• Assist crew with managing and using machinery (VMAG,dough cutter, flow wrapper)
• Understanding how to operate VMAG, dough cutter and flow wrapper
• Assist with packaging, building pallets, shipping and labeling
• Lift heavy objects
• Help maintain a professional and clean environment
• Wash dishes
• Achieve consistency by weighing dough balls using a scale
• Assist mixing crew with measuring ingredients 
• Produce and pack ganache, and frostings
• Speaks English and or Spanish
