Bakery Production

Sweet Shot Cookies is a small baking manufacture located in West Town. We produce cookies, banana bread and more. We are looking for a hard worker with a passion for baking, excellent time-management skills, patience, dedication, and a desire to work and learn. Candidates must be able to safely lift 25-50lbs. ServSafe certification is required. This is a labor intensive job with repetitive tasks.

- Moday-Friday 5:30am start time

Bakery Production:

• Operate 140q mixer
• Mix different types of cookies, banana bread and other desserts following existing recipe's
• Measure Ingredients for mixing
• Make and pack ganache and frosting
• Unload materials and equipment deliveries  
• Work with mixing staff to create new recipe's 
• Lift heavy objects
• Help maintain a professional and clean environment
• Wash dishes
• Achieve consistency by weighing dough balls using a scale
• Assist production team with operating VMAG machine, dough ball cutter and flow wrapper
• Assist in packing and wrapping cookies, banana breads and other desserts
• Assist filling cookies with different fillings
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods or entire shift
• Speaks English and or Spanish
