Chef Anthony Chittum and Neighborhood Restaurant Group are seeking an experienced line cook for their Dupont Circle restaurant. Iron Gate features an ever-changing menu with Greek and Italian influences. Everything is made from scratch using only the best ingredients and features wood and charcoal cooking. Animals are butchered whole in house, seafood is sustainably sourced and there is a strong focus on supporting small local farms. Since opening in 2013 we have been fortunate to receive local and national accolades from outlets such as The Washington Post, Washingtonian, Washington City Paper, The Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington, The James Beard Foundation and The Michelin Guide to name a few.
