The Food and Beverage Manager (FBM) will provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the team and is the key representative of the restaurant and the brand. The FBM will also contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant by effectively managing labor, inventory, and controlling the financial and strategic goals of the restaurant. The FBM will also ensure guest satisfaction through diverse recruiting, hiring, and training team members to successfully carry out our mission. The FBM is also responsible for building and maintaining a strategic relationship with Grove XXIII management.
