THIS POSITION IS IN ARDMORE, PA

Who we are:

FCM Hospitality is a Philadelphia-based hospitality and entertainment company, managing bars, restaurants, and seasonal pop-ups throughout the region. The company is a leader with more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, and has developed some of the area’s most popular permanent, seasonal and temporary venues in the city: Morgan's Pier, Craft Hall, Harper’s Garden, Concourse Dance Bar, Rosy’s Taco Bar, Juno, Parks on Tap and the newest venue Lola’s Garden.


Lola’s Garden is slated for an April 8th opening.  Located in Suburban Square in Ardmore, Lola’s is a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces with modern American cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and impeccable service standards.  

Open availability will receive priority interviews.

Required to apply: availability of 1-2 day shifts, weekends a must.

This location is in Ardmore, must have reliable transportation.

Who we need:

Bartenders


  • 3+ years experience in high volume, established bar or restaurant
  • Comprehensive knowledge and passion for spirits, classic cocktails, local wines and craft beer 
  • Possesses a flair, technique and knowledge for craft cocktails execution
  • Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
  • Lunch, Dinner and Weekend availability
  • Team oriented and overall great attitude
  • Must be reliable, organized, efficient, courteous and professional 
  • Must be able to provide an excellent guest experience that builds long term-customer relationships
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 40 lbs 
  • Proficient in computer skills including POS systems
  • Must be 18+

Servers

  • 2+ years experience in high volume, fast paced established bar or restaurant
  • Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
  • Has a love of hospitality, seasonal menus, cocktail, craft beer and wine knowledge
  • Lunch, Dinner and Weekend availability
  • Team oriented and overall great attitude
  • Must be reliable, organized, efficient, courteous and professional 
  • Must be able to provide an excellent guest experience 
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 40 lbs 
  • Proficient in computer skills including POS systems
  • Must be 18+

Support (Barbacks, Food Runners and Bussers)

  • 1+ year experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
  • Team oriented and overall great attitude
  • Must be reliable, organized, efficient, courteous and professional 
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 50 lbs 
  • Lunch, Dinner and Weekend availability
  • Must be 18+

Host

  • A minimum 1+ year of experience in a high volume, fast paced established bar or restaurant
  • Experience with Resy or similar reservation system
  • A true passion for hosting and helping to create an environment where people not only have fun but feel relaxed, welcome, and connected
  • Ability to make decisions on your feet and work with a team
  • The ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
  • Availability to work afternoons/nights/weekends
  • Must be 16+

 

Compensation


  • Competitive starting wages (Host $15/hour and Bartenders, Servers, Support $2.83/hour plus tips; FCM guarantees all tipped employees make at least $15/hour during Covid Dining Regulations)
