Chef Alain Verzeroli seeks individuals with strong work ethic and passion for cuisine to join his culinary team at Le Jardinier - Miami.
This opportunity will allow culinary professionals the opportunity to work with a variety of cooking techniques and top-quality ingredients while working with an award winning team.
A Line Cook at Le Jardinier is responsible for all parts of production and service of the menu items assigned to their stations. This role supports the Leonelli brand standards of food preparation, quality, cleanliness and teamwork.
The Line Cook works under the direction of the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine and will be exposed to a variety of cooking techniques, ingredients, and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of professional cooking experience in restaurants, or establishments of similar caliber. We seek individuals who pursue this career as a passion and a profession. Communication and teamwork are the base requirements for success in this role.
