Bianca is a new full-service lunch and dinner restaurant in The Street Mall, located at 47 Bolyston Street in Chestnut Hill. Bianca is now hiring full and part time Line Cooks.   Previous kitchen experience required. 

Founded and owned by James Beard Award Winning Chef Tim and advanced sake professional certified Nancy Cushman, this new restaurant will join Cushman Concepts portfolio of restaurants with world class, unique hospitality experiences including o ya and Hojoko Japanese Tavern. Bianca will reinvent what a neighborhood restaurant means and provide an escape for guests to dine in the restaurant, enjoy drinks at the large bar area or take out from the special take out menu. The space will feel laid back but still thoughtful and timeless.
