Red Apron opened in the winter of 2013 and expanded to include B-Side in the fall of 2014. Red Apron is a whole animal butcher shop featuring handmade sausages, charcuterie, sandwiches and exciting retail products. B-Side is a small neighborhood bar and restaurant that utilizes the quality cuts at Red Apron and offers an extensive beer, wine and spirits program.
