Altro Paradiso, the SoHo restaurant from chef Ignacio Mattos is seeking enthusiastic, skilled and motivated servers to join the team as a result of indoor dining opening mid February.
Our menu features insightfully executed interpretations of regional Italian dishes. Our wine program is Italian-focused with approximately 250 selections plus a full bar serving both classic- and house specialty cocktails, craft beers and an array of aperitivi, amari and other spirits. Applicants must be highly motivated team players with strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage and must have a positive attitude to excel in this fun, fast-paced and convivial atmosphere.
Candidates must adhere to our COVID guidelines and be comfortable wearing a mask at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
2+ Year Experience in New York City Restaurants, ideally with a similar calibre restaurant
Experience working in either a fine dining or casual fine dining restaurant in New York City
Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, beer & spirits
Ability to learn quickly
Driven, hardworking and enthusiastic
Positive attitude and customer-service oriented
Good communication skills
Desire to work in a collaborative environment
