Responsibilities

Produce a variety of breads and baked goods daily, with a focus on consistency and quality.

Execute recipes with precision while contributing ideas for seasonal offerings and new techniques.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

Collaborate closely with the Pastry and Culinary teams to support menu development.

Manage daily prep, production schedules, and inventory of baking ingredients.
Qualifications

Previous professional baking experience in a fine dining or artisan bakery setting.

Strong knowledge of bread production, fermentation, and baking techniques.

Attention to detail with a commitment to consistency and excellence.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
