Opening August 24 2020, Rosalie will be located in the historic Wayne Hotel. Rosalie will feature regional italian cuisine created by Executive Chef Merick, who came to Fearless from James Beard Award winning restaurant Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, Colorado. To be a part of a restaurant opening is an incredibly exhilarating, fun, but also demanding experience. You have to be willing to learn a lot, stay positive, and be flexible.
Skills/Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant experience in a high volume, excellence driven environment
- Must have knowledge of fast paced sauté, pantry, and grill stations
- Excellent knife skills
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
- Must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence
- Outstanding written and verbal communication acumen
- Ability to work full-time
- Likes to work in a team and professional work ethic
- Food Safety Knowledge
Salary/Benefits
- Hourly rate $13-16/hour with great room for ADVANCEMENT!
