Job Details
Pizzeria Locale is hiring carreer-minded chefs for an AM prep position in a fast-paced, upscale-casual environment.  We serve Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizzas and Southern-Italian inspired small plates, focusing on simplicity, quality ingredients, and executing with consistency and care.
As part of Frasca Hospitality Group (who's namesake restaurant, Frasca Food and Wine, was this year's recipient of the James Beard Award for Oustanding Service,) we hold hospitality to our guests, and to each other, in the highest regard. At all of our restaurants, we offer our guests great food and service, but more importantly, we offer them a memorable experience and atmosphere.
A position at Pizzeria Locale is for those chefs looking to start their carreers off on the right foot, learning the basics the right way, as well as those more experienced cooks looking to be part of a positive team environment.
