A Lenha Grill (steak house) is a new project that will open soon. We are accepting resumes for Chef de Partie, Grill chef, Sauté chef, and Garde Manger, other chefs’ positions. We are looking for enthusiastic chefs with experience in/or who have a love and understanding and ability to learn the following concepts/cuisines: Brazilian, American, and French, preference who have a culinary degree.
A Lenha Grill is a Brazilian style steakhouse, serving unlimited cuts of meat such as Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Pork, and Fish. All prime meats cuts are grilled on Parrilla over an open wood flame and roasted to delicious perfection and incredibly unique flavor profile with a great aroma.
In A Lenha, we consider our chefs as the most valuable assets of our business. We offer a front house participation opportunity to our chefs, they will not only get more recognized for their artisanal cooking skills but also expending their culinary knowledge from back to front.
Our Executive Chef is from Brazil, he graduated from one of the best culinary school. He worked in a number of reputable restaurants and hotels around the world. For that, He likes to build a relationship with the kitchen team. Chef Joerley Da Silva accepts without discrimination any ethnicity, color, or nationality in his team. We welcome those willing to be part of this family and wish to glow their culinary knowledge and skills.

A Lenha Steak House is a Brazilian restaurant that offers great Brazilian experiences. All the meat are roasted on charcoal using high culinary technique.

Chef executive and owner of A Lenha Joerley has more then 20 years of experience in the Culinary field. He worked at many elite restaurants and five star Hotels. His culinary background includes Chinese, Brazilian, Russian, French, American, Italian and other Cuisines.
