Position Title: Reservationist/Office Manager, Atelier Crenn

Reports to: Atelier Crenn General Manager Secondary report: CDG Operations Manager


The Reservationist/Office Manager is an integral part of our team. By effectively using Tock, he/she is a liaison not only between guests and our team, but also the front and back of house. Main categories of responsibilities are reservationist work, guest services, administrative duties, and inventory/supplies management.


  • Maintain/Monitor the reservation book and the email inbox for Atelier Crenn.
  • Offer professional guest service by assisting guests with Tock, our reservation system and other special requests.
  • Answer the phone with our greeting when Reservationist is not present; Respond to basic questions about restaurant information and policies. Check voicemail and call back guests.
  • Reconfirm dietary restrictions with guest 72h prior to reservation and making sure to collect any other necessary information.
  • Help guests purchase and redeem gift certificates when needed; Maintain gift certificate log. Handle special gift and prepayment requests.
  • Prepare To Go items, including cookbooks, chocolate boxes, etc.
  • Act as the point of communication between the Chef and the General Manager on any guest details.
  • Participate in service meeting on a daily basis, come prepared with all the information required.
  • Update and print menus, chits, reservation report, and any other materials needed for service.
  • Create handcrafted menus, take-away supplies and other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Maintain FOH, office, and BOH (upon request) supplies inventory; Update purchase log and organize by code.
  • Handle ordering for gift/retail services, including cookbook orders, packaging, occasions cards, etc.
  • Assist with Bleu Belle Farm event menu/materials production
  • Maintain/Organize company GSuite Drive as well as physical employee files and general office organization
  • Assist HR Manager with onboarding new employees
  • Assist General Manager with administrative duties as needed
  • Assist in creating a positive work environment; Gift employees on their birthdays/anniversaries; Help find creative ways to enhance employee experience
  • Work collaboratively with Bar Crenn Reservationist on projects as needed.
