Chef Anthony Chittum and Neighborhood Restaurant Group are seeking an experienced Line Cook for their Dupont Circle restaurant. Iron Gate features an ever-changing menu with Greek and Italian influences. Everything is made from scratch using only the best ingredients and features wood and charcoal cooking. Animals are butchered whole in house, seafood is sustainably sourced and there is a strong focus on supporting small local farms.
Iron Gate has been a continual recipient of awards and accolades in its five years in Dupont Circle. The restaurant has been featured in The Michelin Guide, Washingtonian Magazine's "100 Very Best Restaurants," and Washington Post critic Tom Sietsema says "Count me pleased" at Chef Tony's Italian and Greek inspired menu.
