Job Details
We are accepting resumes for a Sous Chef to join our team at our new pop up concept in our Jamonera restaurant location. We are currently operating a summer concept "Salty's Seafood Shack" where we have had lobster rolls, steamers, crab cakes, Nashville hot fish sandwiches, Old Bay corn, etc... We are beginning recipe testing for our next concept for fall which will have a Greek inspired Mediterranean menu.
 
You will work with the Chef/Owner and Culinary Director on menu development. You will be responsible for managing the restaurant in the Chef's absence including ordering, line expo, coaching, teaching, delegating and creating a positive kitchen culture.
