Rustico Restaurant Seeks Dual Location General Manager!
Since opening its doors in Alexandria in 2007, Rustico has offered guests a signature experience--an ambitious craft beer program, with extensive rotating menus curated by Beer Director Greg Engert, alongside a complementary offering of unpretentious seasonal cooking. With a second location in Arlington since 2010, Rustico continues to be a beloved gathering place for the communities it serves, for casual meals and celebrations alike. We are currently seeking a General Manager to helm both restaurant locations and lead our teams. If you are an inspiring leader with proven success overseeing multiple locations and a passion for delivering the highest level of hospitality, we want to meet you!
Competitive candidates will have experience leading dynamic restaurants (multiple establishments a plus) with high standards and thoughtful food and beverage programs. They will have experience in managing costs, hiring and training employees, providing excellent service, and thinking on their feet. But we want more than just experience. We are seeking a highly motivated hospitality pro with an ownership mentality, who generates enthusiasm among team members, and exudes an infectious sense of hospitality. Our ideal candidate is curious, driven, inspired on a daily basis by the fun, fast-paced business we work in, and the creative people we’re lucky to call colleagues.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer fantastic benefits including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance,
- Health Savings Accounts
- Paid vacation,
- Paid parental leave,
- Dining credit for enjoyment at all of NRG’s restaurants,
- Closure on most major holidays
- Ongoing enrichment opportunities to keep learning, and
- Development opportunities in DC & beyond
