Role and Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and hospitable environment for everyone in our restaurant
- Provide a transporting and memorable guest experience
- Clearly communicate daily menu items and make thoughtful/informed recommendations to our guests
- Accurately process payments
- Serve alcohol in accordance with California Law
- Follow Health and Safety Standards when handling food and beverages
- Maintain high level of product and menu knowledge
- Partake in regular testing to ensure product knowledge is to standard
- Attend regularly scheduled training meetings to develop knowledge and skills
Reports to:
- General Manager
- Additional Restaurant Leadership
Skills / Experience:
- 2yrs Previous serving experience in similar style of restaurant
- Experience with Aloha or similar POS
- Excellent listener & communicator
- Focused
- Ability to multitask
- Team player
- Knowledge of regional Italian food and wine
- Positive Attitude
- California Food Handler Certificate
