Fine Dining

The word Yugen represents a concept in the Japanese language, meaning "the power to conjure indescribable appreciation for the simplicity of beauty."

Yugen is a modern-day fine dining restaurant. Led by Chef Mari Katsumura, the menu features contemporary Japanese cuisine showcasing a balance of ingredients in their simplest form.

The idea carries over to ambiance and service wanting to present a poised equilibrium of all aspects - food, design, and hospitality.
