Job Details
 

Barbuzzo is looking for a hard-working busser to join our team. Experience in fast paced, upscale, restaurant environments is preferred. We are a very busy, small restaurant where you must move quickly, but in a controlled manner. Bussers are responsible for:
-Polishing glassware & silverware
-Carrying trays of glasses & bus tubs of dishes up/down stairs - MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AT LEAST 25 LBS
-Learning table numbers
-Clearing tables & resetting fresh with silverware & plates
-Stocking stations with napkins, silverware, glassware
-Assisting bartender by stocking ice & juices, bussing plates & glassware for bar guests

We are open for lunch Mon-Sat and dinner 7 days a week. All busser shifts are for dinner only - shifts start at 5:30pm and we serve until midnight. We have about 4-5 shifts to fill per week. Must have evenings available and priority will be given to applicants with open availability. Looking for upbeat, responsible individual to join our small staff!
