Who We Are

Clementine’s Stable Café is a new American Brasserie and All-Day Café located on North Broad Street in Philadelphia. It is our mission to build community through high quality dining with a commitment to excellence in both flavor and design. We are opening this August for outdoor dining and take out with our dining room ready to open as soon as conditions allow. 

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for highly motivated bartenders to join our team and facilitate all operations behind the bar. You will be asked to work with other front of house employees to create unparalleled guest experiences from the moment they enter through their departure. 

Responsibilities Include

• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar
• Greeting all guests and guiding them through their experience
• Being knowledgeable and professional
• Ability to prepare drinks consistently and serve food properly
• Monitoring and stocking all bar products and materials
• Maintaining financials throughout the shift
• High end coffee service

Qualifications Include

• Experience as a bartender in a fast-paced setting
• Passion for food and beverage with a desire to learn more
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
• Ability to remain professional in difficult situations
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long hours
