Lilia Ristorante is looking for candidates with strong door/reservations experience (Lead Host/Maitre D').  We are an accessible fine-dining restaurant located in Brooklyn, NY.  As we reopen for patio seating as part of Phase 2 of the city's reopening plan, we are RESERVATIONS ONLY.  Such an adjustment during 'patio season' requires clear and consistent communication (to the guests, to your team).  We are looking for hosts who enjoy growing guest connections and building relationships with neighbors and regulars who we see as extended members of the Lilia family.  Our host team is mighty, thoughtful, passionate, and warm.
