Job Details

High-volume bar restaurant in the West Loop is seeking experienced Server. Familiarity with agave-based spirits and Mexican cuisine is highly desirable or an interest in learning more. The perfect candidate for this position would have the following skills/experience:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, chef-driven restaurant
  • knowledge of Agave, craft cocktails, beer and global wines, 
  • a passion for food, beverage and knowledge
  • a positive, upbeat attitude and the desire to provide excellent hospitality 
  • the ability to multitask while demonstrating grace under pressure
  • focus and direction to thrive in a detail-orientated environment
  • guide guests experience, make suggestions 
  • charismatic exceed guests expectations
  • at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities of the server position include, and are not limited to:

  • learning about and educating guest on our extensive Mezcal ,and Agave spirits program
  • learning about and educating guest on our Mexican cuisine food  menu
  • precise order taking and correctly sending information to the kitchen
  • follow steps of service

Qualifications for all candidates:

  • Basset certification 
  • Food handlers certification
  • Allergen certification
  • High energy
  • team focused attitude 
  • open availability
