Terroir is looking for someone to help drive our culianry program forward.
Even without the present black cloud over our head, it is time for Terroir to change up its food conversation.
Without any specific direction, because that we be a mutually determined thing, the program should have an overall drive of honouring ingredients that give voice to place, in their optimum season, raised by farmers who are fixated upon doing right by mother earth.
And, yes, the food must be yummy!
