Trois Mec is seeking qualified applicants for our Maitre D position. 

Industry Professional - We are seeking someone who is a culinary professional, passionate about our food and industry. This is your career; you are ambitious and looking for opportunity to grow. 
We are part of a bigger restaurant group led by Chefs Ludo Lefebvre, Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo (Animal, Son of a Gun, Jon and Vinny's, Petit Trois, Helen's Wine). You should have specific goals that we can help foster while working as Trois Mec's Maitre D. 

Job details include, but are not limited to: 

In charge of reservation book and all guest correspondence through email, phone and online reservation system (Resy)

Responsible for updating reservation log and review all pertinent information concerning allergies and VIPs with front and back of house

Print daily menus and scan invoices weekly

Assist with seating and greeting guests when they arrive.

Assist with back-waiting duties including food running, bussing and table maintenance during service 

Responsible for maintaining a clean workspace and notifying GM of supply levels on papergoods 

Assist in building guest book and improving the restaurant’s knowledge of its guests.

Building a rapport with the restaurant’s clientele.

Assist in content building and posting on social media sites 

Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 2:30 to 9pm (Subject to change and alteration based on ticket release, special events, or restaurant needs)

Trois Mec is the vision of Ludo Lefebvre, in conjunction with partners Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo (of Animal, Son of a Gun, and Jon & Vinny's). Opened in June 2013 in an old pizza parlor in a strip mall, Trois Mec, which loosely translates to “three guys”, offers a constantly changing five-course tasting menu and operates on a special ticketing system.
