Position Summary:

The Sous Chef positon will be primarily responsible for upholding the Standards of the Great Jones Distillery Kitchen with the guidance of the Ex Sous Chef, Chef De Cuisine and Executive Chef. This positon will be directly involved in all day to day operations of the kitchen and all back of house operations. The Sous Chef will assist and supervise all line cooks. This position requires, hiring, scheduling, training and discipline of all cooks with the guidance of the Executive Sous Chef, Chef De Cuisine and the Executive Chef. The Sous chef positons requires assistance to the Executive Sous Chef, CDC and Executive Chef in recipe maintenance, inventory and all back of the house Administrative duties. Among many other responsibilities.
