About the role:


Host Greeters will be responsible for the upkeep of Studio Theater productions on a nightly basis. You will be the welcoming face of the show, providing any accommodations within reason to ensure the customer has a pleasant experience with us. The theaters included are Judy’s Beat Lounge, the Blackout Cabaret, DeMaat studio theater and Donny’s Skybox. It is up to you to prove your mettle in this role and progress to Host training. 


Prior customer experience would be a plus. The position is flexible enough to allow you to focus on your side hustle, day jobs or any other gigs you are passionate about. 




The greeter will be responsible for 

  • Setting the room 
    • Ensuring there is the proper number of seats and that they are organized in their determined layout
  • Scanning tickets 
  • Assisting patrons with directions around the building
    • This could be to places like the restroom, the box office, 1959, or the resident stages.
  • Busing tables
    • Removing any bottles or other trash found in the room
  • Resetting the room between shows 
    • Tidying everything up for a new set of guests
  • Taking the trash out at the end of the night
