Brendan Sodikoff’s nationally acclaimed Au Cheval spins diner classics with a hip-hop vibe, an open kitchen, and a French influence, topping it all off with classic cocktails and a huge number of beers on draught. The fun happens for brunch, lunch, and dinner, going until late in the West Loop at 800 W. Randolph Street.At Hogsalt we respect cooks and want to reward cooks for committing to the craft.
