Union Square Events is looking for a Wholesale Production Sous Chef. This role is responsible for running the day to day food production for our many wholesale accounts which range from stadiums and arenas to first class airline food services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Executive sous chef of Wholesale on recipe execution and production schedules
  • Maintaining kitchen standards of cleanliness, organization and workflow
  • Keeping their team on track with their production schedule
  • The development and training of the kitchen staff
  • General administrative duties

Ideally, You Also Have:

  • 2+ years in culinary management
  • Ability to lead employees and a willingness to get your hands dirty
  • Basic Computer Skills ( Microsoft Office, CaterXpert preferred)
  • NYC DOH food handler's license
  • Fine dining experience, a plus
