Widely recognized as one of the best steakhouse restaurants in South Florida, our menu features a seasonally inspired dishes that include dry-aged beef from premium ranches across the country; Tajima Kobe from Australia, locally sourced Gulf coast seafood, and the finest produce hand-pickes from the Southeastern parts of the country.
We are seeking a culinary professional with:
  • 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in a reputable restaurant;
  • Prior experience training and mentoring an hourly line cook team;
  • Excellent meat/fish butchery skills and know all properties of making stocks & sauces;
  • A commitment to quality, excellence, and team success;
  • A passion for high-quality ingredients and dynamic cooking techniques;
  • The ability to lead-by-example and the desire to participate in service, assisting stations as needed;
  • A desire to build and develop a LONG-TERM career with an established, growing organization with abundant advancement opportunities!
