La Mercerie features the cuisine of Parisienne Chef, Chef Marie-Aude Rose. We are now actively interviewing PASTRY COOK candidates for our BOH team!

PASTRY COOK will possess:
• 2-3 years of previous pastry prep and/or pastry production experience
• Previous experience working with traditional French pastries and desserts
• Open AVAILABILITY!
