estela currently seeks a manager who is passionate for its cuisine, beverage program and community, who can express a mentoring, education-focused style of leadership, and who is able to balance the many demands of this dynamic role.

Understanding the personnel management, operational and financial demands of a restaurant are an essential foundation.  Moreover, a successful candidate is able to efficiently synthesize information, prioritize tasks and oversee their completion, and manage demands on the go in order to ensure smooth operations. 

Additionally, any Manager on our team must understand the following:

Guest experience is our highest priority. Our management team must ensure that all service staff are able to guide each guest through their dining experience and to uphold our service standards. 

Company culture and staff education are integral to our development. We believe that our employees are our greatest resource.  Creating a diverse and informed team and providing all of our staff with the tools and information they need to serve our guests is essential for us.

In order to continue growing, we actively seek ways to engage and embrace that community, and a Manager at estela would act as an engine in that regard.

The ideal candidate works well on the floor in service, and also must be adept at working with the whole restaurant team including Kitchen Management, Beverage Director, Events Director, Director of Restaurants and Director of Operations.

Essential Requirements

Proven restaurant management experience, 3-5 years at GM or AGM level 
Passion for creating incredible guest experience
Emotional intelligence with a desire to grow your leadership skills
Organized approach to managing yourself and your team
Attention to detail
