Nic's on Beverly is looking for a creative experienced hard-working sous chef.
Job Duties:Responsible for food production:
Train new and existing kitchen staff on the preparation, arrangement and plating of dishes per the current menuTrack, record, and replenish inventory as neededCross-train kitchen staff on multiple stationsAssist Executive Chef with pricing menu itemsOperates all kitchen equipment safely and correctly.Follows facility and chef’s safe food handling guidelines.Follows all sanitation and nutrition practices.Follows all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and proceduresOversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food productionnot detailed, as requested by the Chef or General Manager at any time.
