Job Details

Diner is looking for a new floor manager to join our team!

We are In our 21st year in Williamsburg and we’re fiercely protective of our core ethos:

  • Buy food from farmers you know.
  • Buy wine from people you trust.
  • Treat your products and your people with respect.
  • Fill the room with people you love.
  • Love that room.

If you are there and want to be here, send us your resume and let’s talk!

The nuts and bolts before you go:

  • You should have at least a year of management experience.
  • You should be prepared to work full time (nights/weekends).
  • You should know a little something (or a lot!) about natural wine.
  • You should want to help us continue to evolve while staying true to ourselves.
  • You should laugh easily but have high standards.
  • You should tell us about the best meal you had last year in your cover letter.
  • We are great about making sure you get your weekend (likely not on THE weekend, but it is a 5 day work week.)
  • We believe that valuing what you eat, where you eat, how you choose to spend your time and who you choose to spend it with are the secrets to happiness.
