Chefs Ludo Lefebvre, Jon Shook, and Vinny Dotolo's French bistro, Petit Trois, in Sherman Oaks is seeking a talented and excited pastry cook. Applicant should be a self motivated hard worker, reliable, and looking for a long term restaurant home. Full time schedule will vary, though geared towards early morning production and pay is based on experience. Daily tasks and skills include a variety of traditional French techniques including viennoiserie, cakes and entremets, dessert menu items, and ice cream.
