A Line Cook at La Table oversees assigned areas of production and works service. This role supports the La Table brand standards of food preparation, quality, cleanliness and teamwork.
The Chef de Partie works under the direction of the Chef, and will be exposed to a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has had 1-3 years culinary experience in a restaurant of similar caliber.
You must be able to work individually and as part of a team. Communication and teamwork are the base requirements for success in this role.

Château also brings to life the lost art of tableside service, with our signature dishes for two including Organic Heritage Chicken and Cognac Flamed Texas Long Bone Akaushi Ribeye. An award-winning wine list offers the ideal complement to any meal.
Open from mid-morning to closing, the bakery at La Table is reminiscent of the classic charming bakeries that can be found in cities and villages across France, with its vintage fixtures, gray marble, and hand-painted tiles. We offer an array of house baked goods including French macarons and pastries, which can be enjoyed alongside a coffee in Marché, or beautifully packaged as a chic hostess gift.
