L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon and Le Jardinier seek individuals with strong work ethic and passion for cuisine to join our exceptional culinary team.
A Chef de Partie (Line Cook) at L'Atelier oversees assigned areas of production and works service. This role supports the L’ Atelier brand standards of food preparation, quality, cleanliness and teamwork.
The Chef de Partie works under the direction of the Chef, and will be exposed to a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
Aside from your love of fine cuisine and hunger to learn, the ideal candidate for this role is someone who has had 2-3 years’ culinary experience in a restaurant of similar caliber.
In addition to your hands-on work experience, a degree/certificate in Culinary Education is highly preferred.
You must be able to read, speak, and write in clear English, work individually and as part of a team. Communication and teamwork are the base requirements for success in this role.
It is expected that you are comfortable with the pace and duration of service.
