Chef Jonathan Benno seeks individuals with strong work ethic and passion for cuisine to join his culinary team at BENNO.
A Chef de Partie (Line Cook) at BENNO is responsible for all parts of production and service of the menu items assigned to their stations, while role supports the Leonelli brand standards of food preparation, quality, cleanliness and teamwork.
The Chef de Partie works under the direction of the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine and will be exposed to a variety of cooking techniques, ingredients, and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of professional cooking experience in restaurants, or establishments of similar caliber. We seek individuals who pursue this career as a passion and a profession. Communication and teamwork are the base requirements for success in this role.
