RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Work with cooks to create accurate prep lists and distribute tasks so that everything is completed accurately and on time. 2. Maintain a clean and organized work space. 3. Work along-side cooks of varying levels of skill, and help to develop their skill set and attention to detail. 4. Work dinner service Wednesday thru Sunday, expediting and maintaining quality products are delivered promptly and consistently. 5. Communicate to supervisors regarding any needs for ordering on a daily basis. EDUCATION: Culinary Degree or equivalent experience required. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: · Minimum 1-3 years experience in a Fine Dining restaurant preferred. · Basic knowledge of food production and processing; thorough knowledge of food safety standards, HAACP, and Serve Safe Certification; · Understanding of restaurant equipment and services
