In the kitchen, our chefs skillfully define modern southwestern cuisine while bringing the very best local, seasonal and organic ingredients to the table. Extremely passionate about Zolo’s farm-to-table program, we take pride in making everything in-house—including smoked chorizo, bacon, pickles, desserts, sauces and salsas. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing delicious food with craft and intention; in addition to other back of house duties (prep, set-up, safety, cleaning, breakdown) and assisting the Chefs and the kitchen team. Our kitchen crew is paramount to providing a memorable guest experience and creating a positive team environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable and comfortable in a high volume kitchen, working with hot equipment, knives, slicers, etc. We’d love to hear from you if you are interested in working within a fun, fast paced environment and growing with our team.


Here’s the Skinny: 

  • Full-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends)
  • 1 Year Experience in a Professional Kitchen
