Job Details
We're looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine with a commitment to sensibly sourced seasonal ingredients (farm, organic, artisanal) to table dining. The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with the Owners to create menus that change with the seasonality of the ingredients.
A strong attention to detail is a must. The position involves management of all aspects of the kitchen operations, including staffing, scheduling, ordering and training. This individual must be a leader and be capable of sound, profitable management techniques, coaching and development.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum $2 million sales volume experience
- Strong desire to achieve, passion for service, food quality, training, cost control
- Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and supervise team members
- Strong knowledge of systems, methods, and processes required to execute a culture
NYC DOH Food Handlers Card is a MUST!

If you have the desire and ambition to one day have your own restaurant, but want to experience as much as possible in a successful establishment alongside hands-on owners with 3 star Michelin backgrounds, this opportunity could be for you. You must have previous experience as a Restaurant Chef or Sous Chef with a focus on New, Seasonal cuisine.

5 day work week
