Position Summary: We're seeking a Floor Manager to lead the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This position helps oversee the restaurant’s daily service, operational and administrative tasks, including all guest relations and ensures food safety. They should have a great personality and be able to share his/her passion and love for wine when interacting with guests. This is a hands-on role where the Floor Manager is expected to work on the floor and interact daily with Guests and Team Members as a whole in fulfilling specific goals that further develops the team and the business.
